I just checked my F4U-1 E&M manual, and it says the propeller hub is 23E50. The blades are type 6541A-0 or 6501A-0 for all F4U aircraft Bu.57356 and subsequent, and FG-1 aircraft Bu.76149 (FAA KD571) and subsequent.
Earlier versions used the 6525A-21 and 6443A-21 blades which gave a prop arc 3" larger in diameter.
I do know that the Hellcat used the same 3 bladed prop, and also that C-47's do too, or at least the C-47 prop is useable on modern -1 corsair flying examples.
As for the four bladed prop, I don't know for sure. I would imagine that the spline on the 4360 was different than on the R-2800, so the hub would be different at least, but perhaps not.
Cheers,
Richard
PS. Why do you need to know?
