The guy with the mike is Alain de Cadenet, and it's Ray Hanna in the Spit.
The shot was at Duxford during the Spitfire Anniversary Show a few years ago.
You missed the best part. Alain's antics a few seconds after the tape ended had Duxford and the Hanna crew in stitches the whole weekend :-))

My guess is that what folks might actually be hearing there might just be the shock wave coming off the walls of the bridge caused by a ghostly Spitfire and a laughing Ray Hanna as they return every once in a while to continue the fun.

Indeed, he was one of the best in the business.
