Anyone have a list or something with the differences between all these versions? To my untrained eye they all look like T-6 harvards :shock:

Harvards could be built either by NAA, or Canadian car, and had the hoop control stick and mixture control the is reverse of US standards. Mae West s are different as is the cowling

SNJ had a 2 line fuel system.
Texans had a single line fuel system

I am sure there are more, it has been a while since I worked on a 6

Don't most Harvard's have the long stack for heat and the landing gear doors removed for snow?

Forgot those, but then I am in Phoenix, what is snow ? what is cabin heat ?

the truth, becuase of some of the owners I have worked with lately,
NO!!!, I have not worked on a 6 is about 3 yrs and flown one for 7

It is not worth the risk of losing my certs because they want to be cheap
