Hi

Should be pretty easy to check out Lancs in Canada - there wern't that many that a missing one won't stand out a B24 is another matter still anything can be found with enough effort.

I will put my money on a Lanc

A couple years ago I talked to a Fisherman who says he knows the location a 4 engine aircraft in 70 feet of water (NY side). Anyone heard of this?

..........we know all about this twin tail aircraft in Quebec! but its location is a secret, all we can say is Quebec is somewhere in North America, but where? well thats only known to us!

We have been told by sources that Quebec might be in Canada, and we are going there to confirm that, (we have even secured copies of old maps of the time that appear to confirm that is where Quebec is!) but until then we are keeping its exact location a well kept secret!!!

By the end of the day, we will post side scans of the aircraft and be posting ebay and barnstormer advertisements for funding of its recovery, we just have to wait for the Airfix glue to dry!!!

We hope to have higher definition images later when we can afford to buy a 1/32 scale Monogram kit!!

We have lots of experience and found some interesting items during dives and other investigations and are seeking investors to help recover these items for display or preservation:

1. We have found the location of a turn of the 20th Century passenger liner that hit an iceburg on its first trans-atlantic crossing, the ships identity and location is being kept secret, but it is known to have many treasures in its safe as well as in passenger cabins, we can re-float the whole thing for the right amount of funding.

2. We have found an intact Japanese Imperial Navy Aircraft Carrier sunken in the South Pacific, complete with its squadrons of Zero Fighters and Val Dive bombers, a must for any wealthy Japanese investors, or perhaps an ideal recovery to sit next to one of the USN Carrier Museums, it is intended to put this item on EBAY because of the demand between collectors and sponsors for its recovery.

3. We have found a shed full of historic aircraft including many rare ww2 aircraft including a B-29, P-51 etc as well as rare civil types such as a Boeing Stratoliner, the location is being kept secret at this time and all I can divulge is it is somewhere near Dulles Washington, some of these aircraft can possibly be restored to airworthy, but I would not want anyone to finance this search and recovery on false hopes.

4. We have located the remains of an "Apollo" Landing Craft in the sea, minus its orbiter section, (we're not saying what sea - or what planet - its a secret) suffice to say the location is very "Tranquil". We are not sure what became of the pilot or crew but it has footprints around the bottom of the ladder where someone with "small feet" has made "giant leaps" in the surrounding dust - but the investors who fund this recovery will have something from "out of this world"!

We are very experienced in such recoveries, in the 1970's we managed the recovery of SKYLAB, unfortunately we allowed it to re-enter the atmosphere at to high a speed and it got burnt a little bit, but next time we will do better.

Please send lots of money to us and we will find all of the above for you

Hi Coverintheworld

I have a stray Quadzillion dollars in Zlotnies which I would like to give for the purposes of doing all this stuff and It is in the trunk of a blue 69 Nova in the carpark at the McDonald's at LAX. Please carefully approach the car - it is driven by our operative "Trixie Divine". Upon giving the code "Stardust" Trixie will dismount the car and hand you the keys. Please send us the aircraft at one a week by DHL to

Mesa Arizona

Ted

wearing dark mirrored sunglasses, rhinestone cowboy boots and denim bluegrass shirt and brown pin striped pants so that we do not attract attention, we have recovered said ve-hicle from one "Trixie Divine" and are are currently on transit to Quebec, our recently recovered auto club maps suggest its somewhere to the north of LAX (BTW thanx for parking it near McD's we needed to get some nourishment before we undertook this long trip!!).

We listened to your tape in the 8 track in the 69 nova which said your mission - should you accept it, is to boldly go where no other recovery team has gone before and recover lots of good stuff- this tape will self distruct in .....!! ." - (funny it jammed after that and we are currently waiting in a drive through auto electrics shop to get it repaired to find out the remainder of the message on the tape!!)

Once the 8 track is fixed and we get some "hendrix and deep purple" tapes at the sunday market we will be hitting the road of recovery, I mean discovery to head for Quebec and prove for once and for all that it is indeed in Canada!!!

On the way we will detour to our current recovery project at the recently discovered big shed in Dulles Washington and confirm all items are being dissassembled and packed for delivery one per week in plain unmarked borwn paper bags via DHL to your dental surgery in Mesa Arizona, as arranged this will cost 1/2 Quadzillion dollars in unmarked Zlotnies, Receipt is in the mail!!

In regard to the other items we are spending 1/4 Quadzillion on the recovery of the Imperial Japanese Carrier, and when raised and hosed off it is travelling under full steam to attend the Battle of Britain celebrations in the UK and then later offering Womens Weekly world cruises before wrapping in glad wrap (the hull is a bit thin due to underwater corrosion, and delivery by DHL to your dentist surgery.

We are spending the remaining 1/4 Quadzillion on the recovery of the lunar lander which we understand might be the only one left on the planet (when we get it back down here that is!!), it will be delivered in silver foil wrapping, (its already prewrapped) and sent to Mesa as per arrangements.

We are being very careful to ensure our mission is secret, that we are not followed and our destination is not discovered.

We are reversing all the way backwards in right hand lane to give the impression we are travelling in the opposite direction and have enacted a number of three point turns and hand brake reversing turns to loose any tails on us just in case!!!

BTW do you know if you turn left or right at the interchange on Clinton and Third to get out of LAX?? (I think we might be lost??)

best regards

Con

Ted,

I am disappointed to report our efforts are being thwarted by many anoraks everywhere and I have evidence of the bureaucrats trying to monitor our activities and find our secret locations, in addition I have had to divert our team to a major discovery of immence importance, but first let me tell you what has happened since I last reported in:

On departing the auto electric shop in the Nova with a repaired 8 track we listened to the remaining portion of your tape of mission instructions, but unfortunately then the tape self destructed and our 8 track player went with it. (so no Hendrix or Purple to listen to on the trip!!)

Being the proffessionals we are, we decided to fully prepare for our future arrival in Quebec and to "hit the water running" so to speak, by donning our full wet suits and diving gear, we were undetered by the fact that at this stage we had not yet departed LA and still had to cover half a continent! in the Nova.

As already reported we used a clever technique of driving in reverse to confuse any one who may be attempting to follow us, and in fact many people were fooled by our techniques.

We blended into the throng of local commuters with many thinking they knew us, I was surprised by the number of people who drove allong side yelling to us "Hey Dick, what do you think you are up to?" obviously we bore great resemblance to their friend Dick!

I was concerned UNESCO and the US Navy agents were tracking us when a State Patrol pulled us over on the Interstate, but the Troopers claimed their main concern related to us driving backwards with full diver face plate and respirators in place!

We were permitted to travel on unheeded, after removal of such , and a promise to drive forwards, and suspecting this was simply an attempt to allow us to be followed to our secret destination we complied and drove off until out of view, then quickly returned to our ruse of travelling backwards!!!.

We were making good speed in reverse, (averaging 40mph and Nova at 2500rpm in full reverse) when the Nova began to overheat, this may have been due to the fact that we had the aircon on full blast, as we were all darn hot in our full rubber suits.

We stopped to fill gas at a station I will not mention for obvious security reasons when I overheard two Anoraks talking of a Sunderland Flying Boat down in a lake somewhere near Polk City, well Ted, you know I have a soft spot for those big aircraft and it brought a stirring in my loins just at the thought to have the chance to find and lift one again!!!

After buying a tyre tube repair kit to repair the hole that had been punched in the crotch of my diving suit I made the executive decision to turn the car around (well still travelling in reverse,? I am not sure how you describe that manouvre?) and to race off to Polk City to find this allusive missing sunken Sunderland in the lake, (I hope to have side scans available early next morning!!)

In regard to the other projects unfortunately the Zlotnies to USD exchange rate has collapsed and the Quadzillion dollars have now slumped to $4.65 in total value, leaving little money to cover DHL shipping costs, and the brown paper bags, I will advise of continguency plans in my next report.

However I will be proceeding with raising this Sunderland as soon as I find it down in the lake in Polk City, I understand there is a big collector named "Weeks" down there somewhere, He might be interested in funding the search for a 50/50 share in its recovery - otherwise I will have to put it up on my website at http://CONNIVETHEWORLD.com , or perhaps Ebay or Barnstormers!! to get sponsors!

p.s. "hey call me paranoid or what about my secret locations!!" but check the security of your pc, I just have this strange feeling all our private email communications are somehow being monitored and viewed by others

until then this is Agent Con Nive signing off

Hi

I will be on standby for you next report --agents are being massed on both continents in case an extraction is required - you sound like a little tension is creeping in there - stay cool and don't blow your cover. Bush and Co are watching

Ted,

No things are ok at the moment, its just so darn hot in this diving suit, I hate having to wear a suit to work!! (at least I dont have an office job and have to wear a tie as well!!).

But it is so hot, and also darn difficult to sit in the drivers seat of a Nova with a full 45Pd tank strapped on your back, and sticking your head backwards out the window to see where you are going while you are driving at 45 mph in reverse, but we are proffessionals, we go the hard yards!!

Thanks for the support, I will advise if I and My team need extraction!!, at the moment I am just aching to get that sunken Sunderland in my viewfinder.

(by the way I could only get a 1/48 scale monogram for the sonar side scan in Quebec, I hope this will be detailed enough!!)

Con

Ted,

We finally arrived at Polk City, but we had to resort to public transport as the Nova gave up on us in a cloud of smoke.

it was much more comfortable travelling by train and bus in our wet suits than driving backwards at 45 mph in a car.

Unfortunately we arrived too late at Polk City, someone else must have been monitoring our conversations because the Sunderland has already been raised from the Lake and is already on display in Mr Weeks facility!, it angers me when I do all the hard work to research and discover a sunken wreck and someone else profits from my hard work, thats why I try to keep all my secret locations secret.

Having detoured from our original project we are now again focused on our original mission of the twin tailed aircraft near Quebec and the job of confirming it existance and location.

We decided to book in for a 3 hour flight and suffered much difficulty dealing with over zealous airport baggage and check-in operators and airport security people (I am sure they were actually trying to delay us for UNESCO or US Navy, or even perhaps competitors trying to get there before us -just like the Sunderland!!).

We were not permitted to wear our wet suits, tanks, masks and respirators on board the aircraft, and as all our "civilian" clothes are still in the boot of the abandoned Nova (left in the excitement of chasing down a Sunderland), me and my team had to travel economy class in our jocks as that was all we had on under the suits. (it is bitterly disappointing that unthinking anoraks keep getting in the way of proffessional recovery projects).

While we suffered a delay at the other end recovering our equipment at the baggage pickup we re-kitted and prepared to the "hit the water" so to speak!!

We can now confirm and announce to the world that we have been successful in locating Quebec, and we can absolutely confirm it is in Canada - (I took a picture of me standing in Quebec, I dont believe it till I touch it with my own hand or stand on it!!)

As to the twin tailed aircraft, we had a look around the airport in Quebec and couldnt find any trace of it there, but we have found a lake, so that confirms the rumour that there is a lake, and if that part of the rumour is true then obviously the plane (if its not at the airport) must be in the lake.

Having now discovered the aircraft, we simply need to identify it and raise funds for its recovery, and I have drafted the following advertisement for your approval given our Quadzillions are still not worth alot on the exchange rate (there was a rally on the market and they re now worth $5.62).

We are all very tired from all our travel and actually havent gone in the water yet, we will do that tomorrow and we will touch this thing with our own hands to confirm its identity etc, and take some side scans for posting on our website (reminds me I have to find a model shop this afternoon).

We did speak to some anoraks here who thought it might be either a Lancaster or B24, and one who thought maybe it was a halifax because they have twin tails and even though they werent operational in this area maybe one on return from Germany during WWII got lost and had a very big tailwind and overflew the UK and ended up ditching in the lake in Canada, and then the other one said well if that could happen to a Halifax couldnt it also happen to a Stirling, and then I said but a Stirling doesnt have a twin tail and they argued that none of us have seen it yet so how do we know it has really got a twin tail and therefore how would we know its not really a Stirling!, and that if its in fresh water you might just be luckly enough that its intact and able to be rebuilt to airworthy.

We dive in the water tomorrow to get you pics and side scans to go with the advertisement, please review it below for grammar:

STIRLING BOMBER FOUND
My proffessional Team of experienced Divers have discovered a rare WWII Stirling Bomber, the location of which is being kept very secret!!!, the aircraft is intact and sunken in a fresh water lake, and We now require sponsors to recover this aircraft. It is complete and in airworthy condition and just needs drying out.
Serious enquiries to con.nive@CONNIVETHEWORLD.COM

Tom - Not sure why but I still have this feeling our communications are being monitored, (maybe just disappointed I got beaten to recovering the sunken Sunderland at Polk City), but we need to keep the location of Quebec very secret at this time to stop others getting this rare Stirling Bomber recovered!

suggest you get onto the Smithonian, Duxford and RAF Museum straight away to see who wants this thing the most!!!

regards

Con Nive

That would be the famous and much-sought, but not found wreck of a B-24 Liberator off Mexico Bay up near Oswego, NY. -- however, it has been kinda silent as of late and I am not sure if anyone has come across it.

Sorry guys but I am not going to sift through all the bull***t in this thread to try and find the true facts if any at all... Posts like this sure do iritate the warbird community!!

For the record though there is a lancaster serial FM102 in Quebec that had a midair collision with a dehav vampire fighter in the 50's. The lancaster crashed into heavily wooded area and there is not much left. The complete tail section was scrapped in the late 90's!!

Can i just set the record straight that there are NO Stirlings anywhere in Canada at all.....!!!!!!

Ted,

I have bad news to report, got down to the lake this morning rearing to go, having slept all night in our suits and tanks so we could hit the water running so to speak, dived it end to end for over 3 hours and didnt find a thing, but as we came to exit empty handed, we found tyre tracks leading from the edge of the water off down the road.

I enquired with the Park Ranger if she had seen any suspicious activity last night around the lake, and if she could explain the tyre tracks at the side of the lake near a concrete ramp - she said its boat trailer tracks - from fishermen putting in their boats

I told her I didnt believe her and suspected someone had been following us up all the way from LAX and had got the jump on us and recovered that Stirling the night before, and made off with it down the road.

She smirked, turned red in the face and couldnt say a word for ages, (its obvious UNESCO and the US Navy is behind this and she was trying to cover it up) then she said Hey Dick, your not serious are you? and again I was surprised how much I must look like this fellow named Dick, but its obvious She knew I was onto their ruse.

I have also discovered our private email reports are being copied work for word onto some anarak website, and some people are claiming my discoveries arnt true.

I can obsolutely prove that Quebec is in Canada, I have pictures to prove it, and in regard to the Stirling, well I am pretty sure there was something in the lake, but its for sure not there now, obviously the same people who beat me on the Polk City Sunderland pulled this one out ahead of me too!!

I am going to withdraw from discovery and recovery for a while, too many sceptics around, I think I will try my hand at warbird restoration, I understand if you can find a numberplate you can just build a new aeroplane around it, ("maybe if I can find a Sunderland's number plate and then......")

Can you send me your operative "Trixie Divine"'s telephone number, I dont know why but that girl has the same effect on me as the thought of lifting a Sunderland from its watery grave!!

However now that I must unfortunately admit I was beaten to this plane in the lake near Quebec and agree with one of my critics that since this morning at least "there are NO Stirlings anywhere in Canada at all.....!!!!!!" (god knows where those Anoraks have taken it).

Best regards to you and the family Ted, I have to go now, Trixie is on the line and has asked me to come round, in full suit, face mask and all, (she has a rubber fetish too I think)

regards

Conroy B Nive and Trixie Divine

(you can fool half the people half the time -
the rest are just smiling and nodding knowingly)
