The P-51C N51PR restored by Pete Regina in '81 was painted as Shangri-La, it's now 'Princess Elizabeth' with Dan Friedkin.

IIRC, that was the first razorback Mustang in the warbird world since the late 40s-early '50s, and as such received a lot of attention.
I was told by a source in the NMUSAF that he wanted to trade it to the museum, but his asking price was too high.
