We just didn't know it!
a third flying Lancaster will be in the air in a few years, and C-47s are finally being appreciated as warbirds.
Is there another Lancaster you are referring to?

Yes, as Firebird previously answered, I was referring to Just Jane. It's a very well known UK project where a well regarded museum is restoring its longtime display/taxi Lancaster to flight.
I believe they'll sell rides, so being the only Lanc to offer flights in the UK, they should keep busy.

Not sure them selling rides has been okayed or even discussed with the CAA yet. They currently give taxi rides while it is currently under restoration.

As said, they currently sell taxi rides and have done for a while to help raise funds for the return to the air, but I seriously doubt the UK CAA will ever allow flight rides once it is airworthy.
