Me too. It's at least the beginning of September and possibly earlier since I've been able to access the site without a VPN.

I can no longer download updates for WhatsApp for Windows or indeed reload the app, assumed it was same issue but it seems not. Still getting an error message and 1001 ways to fix, none of which seem to work.

Same as Simon's experience, tried just now without VPN and the site works fine. Let's hope it stays that way!
