i have read about every article on how to polish an aluminum airplane
all have good advice, but don't provide the how to do it small details
for example, nuvite:
they have a video on EAA how to site
it explains to use F7 and then C for the mirror finish
but...they don't tell how to specifically use each one.
in the above picture, i used nuvite F7.
1st used my cyclo polisher with wool bonnets to produce the black appearance
then i used a dewalt wool buffer and pad to polish as it removes the back
then i buff with another cyclo polisher [i have two of them]
one must be careful as the 1st step above will throw polish everywhere
even where on has polished before.
does anyone have a better method?
thanks

Best way to polish is to get someone else to do it..
