Jim Slattery and Millennium Labs fraud?

Hadn't known a thing about it until now, but I've been reading published reports of Jim Slattery's supposed extensive fraud committed several years ago by his company Millennium Laboratories, involving enormous overbilling of the Government and Medicare for urine testing.

Hence why the 'Greatest Generation' museum at Gillespie Field quietly disappeared and the aircraft were pulled out of California and since been largely tucked away out of public view.
