This is the place where the majority of the warbird (aircraft that have survived military service) discussions will take place. Specialized forums may be added in the new future

While we're discussing F-5s... I just read that Tactical Air Support (TacAir) of Reno, Nevada, bought the entire inventory of F-5 jets and spare parts from the Royal Jordanian Air Force, and has received approval from the State Department to import the jets and parts into the U.S. The F-5s will be used to provide aggressor services for training U.S. pilots. TacAir already operates ex-Canadian F-5s in this role.

Sorry, no other info was given in the article.
I popped in to their web site, and they have a photo of N8910. No other info there, either.

Looks like the FAA has 18 CF-5 Freedom Fighters registered. Seems I have some research to do on my next day off

Is it the law in Taiwan that aircraft displays must be within walking distance of each other?
There sure are a lot of them.
On that note, I have an extreme lack of images of Taiwanese display aircraft, not just F-5s but any, so if you have some send them in!
If you live in Taiwan I'm sure you live next to one, take a pic, even a camera phone would be good!
