Or did the NMUSAF have two and one went to Castle?

I think you might be correct. I think the NMUSAF had two (not Pima) and they sent one elsewhere...

Pima had the KB-50J currently on display (49-0372) and a WB-50D (49-0351) which is now on display at Castle AFB. Of course since then Castle AFB was closed, but the KB-50 is still at the museum. The NMUSAF has a WB-50D (49-0310) and had a KB-50J (49-0389) which was moved to McDill AFB many years ago.
