Around 10:00 AM a TBM made low pass over Port Clinton Airport, Ohio - then landed. That made 4 TBM's on hand for the TBM Avenger Reunion. Also on hand were 2 T-6/SNJ's and the newly acquired Ford Tri-Motor....Plenty to see... 8)

Speaking of TBMs...

A TBM has made three passes around my area (west side of Lake Lewisville) so far in the last hour. Two of the passes were in formation with two fighter types and what looked to be a Texan type. I couldn't make out the fighters due to the distance and short viewing window between the trees.

Texas Flying Legends' TBM, P-40K "Aleutian Tiger", their new P-40 (in pre-war markings), CFM's P-40, and Happy Jack's Go Buggy have been making several flights yesterday and today as part of the "Fall Fly Days" and AVG Reunion activities at Cavenaugh. They were at the Frontiers of Flight Museum yesterday around lunchtime for a few hours. Was sad that I didn't get off in time to go say hi to everyone.

A B-17 flew over my home yesterday. Believe it had come out of Manassas (VA) Regional Airport and was headed southeast toward Quantico MCB.

Couldn't see markings but it had a bare metal finish. Anyone know which one it was?

I saw briefly, out of the corner of my eye, what appeared to be a Twin Beech (AT-11) center section/fuselage mounted on a trailer, headed east on I-70 near Burlington, CO about 7:00 AM this morning. It had a glass nose and an N Number painted on the side of the fuselage. It also had an escort vehicle with it.

Pecos Bill, Sky King and R4D were at Lancaster today for a WWII paratrooper reunion. R4D did a drop and the all 3 were giving rides. Made the day go by faster. Anybody know who was driving Pecos Bill? Mike Burke maybe??

On 7 Nov 2014...I saw a L-4, OD with invasion stripes heading south (seemed to be following US 2) between Deer Park, Wa and Felts Field. I've never seen that before.

Anyone know who owns it?

I just heard the most beautiful sound fly over my building....just watched Fifi land at Meacham. Love those radials.....and a unique view of her from my perch 33 floors up....happened too fast for me to snap a pic.

I heard the rumble of multi-reciprocation in the air this morning around the Ellington pattern. I finally caught sight of Witchcraft overhead a couple of times. Last seen headed northeast about a half hour or so ago! Nice day for it!

Last Sunday saw three T-6s in formation over Kemah TX and then did a break and looked like just having fun.
