Warbird fly-over at DC

Anybody see it? Members of the North American Trainer Association just flew over DC with at least 24 T-6/SNJ/Harvards out of Culpeper, VA. for the DAV. Hopefully there will be some TV coverage.

The 23 Texans flew over my house in Bristow, VA about 11:30 AM EDT. Cindy Monahan posted a YouTube video of the flyover in the Warrenton, VA area this morning:

That was pretty cool. No doubt it takes alot of effort and coordination to pull that off.

I flew in the practice flight on Thursday, which was a beautiful day. I was in the #2 position of the right hand diamond in the second vee. It was impressive to see from within the formation. I've been in mass formations of Yaks & CJs, but it was amazing to see 23 Texans lined up on the Culpeper runway. Hopefully I can get a seat for the real deal next year.
