TBM Avenger Repair Project

Mon May 05, 2014 2:35 pm

As many know, our TBM Avenger suffered a collapsed landing gear in March, and is currently being repaired at the AZ CAF hangar in Mesa, AZ (nr Phoenix). Insurance will covers but a small portion of the estimate $100,000 in parts, as all labor is volunteer. You can get further details and make donations to help get her flying again at http://www.rmwcaf.org/accident or our http://www.fb.com/warbird.rides web page. You can pay it forward to those who will the be able see the rare TBM Avenger at airshows as we honor those who were a part of the "Greatest Generation".

Has a reason for the gear collapse been found? All the best putting her back where she belongs! :)
