My understanding is yes but with lackluster performance and speed.

Both shops doing split shifts... :D

Cabinettree: This is the look the outside of the sales counter will have. The Barn Owl is an eclectic/rustic/industrial decor. Her shop is coming along fantastically.

Meanwhile, in the metal shop...the oil cooler saddles need to be cleaned up and the original material removed from the inside of the saddle channel. Then carefully, re-curved to match the oil cooler seat radius.

The welding fixture is being made to match the saddle curved to match the cooler...

So, earlier in this thread I was making a flow form tool to form a part of the partition that separates the air flow between the oil cooler and the intake. The initial shape was not correct and now that we have the prints, I was able to make the tool more accurately.

You can see the form is deeper than the first attempt. This part only fits the left hand side partition and is merely for clearance to remove the drain plug for the cooler. The plug is in a different spot on the right hand side and does not require this small panel.

I also got my new plannishing hammer shrinking dies from my buddy Steve Hogue and played with them a bit today. I have some complex curves that will have to be done and these are going to help.

So I just started shrinking and created the two curve piece as well as a 7" dome. The dome is about 1 1/4" in depth.

Scott, What's the grey polymer you use as the form? Any particular material work better than others? Looks great!

Taylor, PVC sheet. Best material I have found. Cut, drill, tap, cheap. Any local plastic supplier can provide or let me know, I'll hook you up. :drink3:

Made the "for real" bump out today from the revised form block.

What was off from the original one you made before the prints? Your part looks fantastic!

The contour was not proper. It was not deep enough and profiled properly.
