As the title says, I'm looking for a C47 astrodome. Preferably in good condition that it could be mounted to our aircraft with minimal restoration, but we will take anything really.

Hoping to get the plane painted in next couple of months and this is one thing we need prior to being able to paint.

Will buy it or trade parts for it.

Thanks

For what type of aircraft? If C47, no as the plane had been stripped of all it's military items well before we got it.

Our C-47....................we have the seats but no mounting brackets, legs, etc. We finally found the litters, litter hangars and mounting straps after years of searching. We do have the one dome, but will not part with it unless it is for something else we need. Got lots of other parts.................cowlings, struts, exhaust, etc., just no interior parts like you.

That's unfortunate as we do not have any stock of any type of C47 parts. We are starting 100% from scratch to get our plane back into a somewhat military stock condition. We don't even have spares of consumable items yet. The only thing of value we have for our plane is its history.

This is the state of our cabin. It was stripped completely back in the 70's before they installed all of the tanks they put inside for mosquito spraying. The reason why I asked what type of plane was because we have some spares from our C-123, but it's a completely different system then what the c-47 has.

Tyler.......if astrodome means a plex observation bubble, then aero trader in chino,ca. could probably make one for you. They have their own plexiglass shop.

Do you recognize these as C-47? My parts manual is snowed in.
