The TBM will be on static display at the Hagerstown Aviation Museum's Wings & Wheels Expo, on 22 September at the airport terminal ramp. Our current plan is to seek approval to start the engine.

The TBM's engine will not be started this Sunday at Hagerstown. We had a dry run today, and discovered a bad fuel boost pump. It will be sent away for overhaul.

Fan-damn-tastic! Stay in touch Bill, I've got a new Canon 70D and I need something to point it at!

Wish I could have been there!

I will say that anytime I see an engine start or run of a new restoration it is always a thrill. However, when seeing an engine start / run of a plane that I actually worked on, that thrill went completely to a whole new level. It is something every warbird lover needs to experience. If you've always wanted to volunteer on a restoration, find one to volunteer for and DO IT!
