Looks incredible! Great work (and that means a lot coming from someone who knows almost nothing about restoration work  )

I'm all out of 6s at the moment, but doing a engine install is easy.

Today we pulled her outside and put 80 gallons of gas in for the test running and eventually test flight. I seem to be getting better with the shotgun start, started first shot both times. The video below was the second start and it was a bit rich, but when you shoot the prop through that fast it really doesn't matter. I took the power up to about 30 inches on the first run and up to 43 inches on the second run while rolling down the runway. The engine runs like a top, just a couple oil leaks to chase, no thanks to pacific oil cooler. After my high power run down the runway the left brake felt like it was dragging. I jacked it up, pulled the wheel and found a bunch of little brake liner pieces. So I decided to install Redline brakes for the time being, it will give me time to rebuild the brake shoes and make the first few flights a little easier. The last photo shows our anti oily device that we used after it has sat for a while

Conrad, congrats on a great looking FM-2, well done. BTW, like the 'curb feeler' exhaust extensions to keep your gear and lower sides clean!
