This seems to be a nice little show their putting on since the major air shows aren't going to be happening as much. Anybody going to this?

Basically the entire AAM collection from Republic Airport KFRG.

BDR has been quiet these last two years. Too bad no one could organize another small warbird gathering or a wings n wheels sort of thing. It sure is a great spot for an airshow.

This seems like it's going to be a great event. I can only say, I wish we we're hosting it here in Stratford! Your right CH2Tdriver, it has been quiet. We've had difficulty finding sponsors in the past and are hoping to break out of this "holding pattern" soon. Hopefully we'll see some warbirds visit the field before the end of the year. But until then, I hope this Wings & Wheels goes well for them!

It looks like I just might have to goto this one. Most of my airshow plans have been foiled for the last few years and since this is less than two hours away it would be a shame to miss it and it's been awhile since we've had a WIX gathering!

I'm def. going Scott and hope to meet you. I want to fully support this event and try to have all us new englanders attend for a good cause. I'm hoping that the turn out will spin something into a show every year around our parts.

I wish that some how the collings foundation or another group could stop by on the tour with a b-17 and the b-24. Now your looking at a pretty great show in times like these

That is awesome news! Adding a wild cat and sky raider to the mix is fantastic! Is the p-40 going as we'll?

I looked up the line-up for the show and it looks great but when I look at the aam schedule it doesn't list as much. Does anyone have the real tentative list of warbirds?
