In the 90's there was an F-86D at Arlington, WA (KAWO). It's been gone for some time now. Where did it go? The last two rumors I heard was, John Travolta wanted to restore it to flying condition, and the other is that it became a gate guard.

I would guess me restoring it before Travolta. I don't hear of him flying anything lately other than bizjets and his 707. Does he fly much single seat stuff?
I've never known him to be a big warbird guy. Corrections/information welcome.

Travolta owned a DH Vampire Mk.3 for a while. It was the one that pranged at Rochester a couple of years ago.

I know about the Vampire and also I believe he had a Paris (a multi-seat warbird)...but I was thinking of anything more recent.

According to my girlfriend John has some upcoming legal bills and possible out of court settlement so single engined anything may be tough to get.
