We had a night photo shoot at North Weald on Saturday evening, with a Halloween theme. Eight aircraft did engine runs including a Yak 52, Hurricane, Vampire T11, Venom, Jet Provosts and a Strikemaster. The highlight had to be the Kennet Aviation Skyraider strapped down and running at full chat.

A couple of pics of the beast in action. The wing fold exposure was 6 seconds.

i'll bet a 3350 at full throtle "sitting still" would really be something to hear. thanks for sharing to great pics. any chance of hearing it?
