Warbirds in the UK are growing in numbers to honour the legacy of the Vietnam War.

In the UK a group operate not only a UH-1H Huey but a OH-6A Loach as well.

They recently brought a Canberra cockpit to honour the RAAF bomber crews as well as plans under way to find reenactors i understand for Australian/New Zealand army operations.

Now this is what a true experience is like... encompassing different aspects of aviation and countries.

Would be great to see such a tribute package appear in other countries.

And .... yes there is more folks... a C-47 and C-119 cockpit are underway to be restored.

A expanding museum or all enthusiasts to keenly watch as they save history!

Here in New Zealand Phil Hooker has displayed his Hughes 500 which is painted in Vietnam colours for a number of years. He often displays it alongside the NZ Army (Vienam era) re-enactors, who also have Landrovers and even a firing 105mm canon. Phil's displays are absolute magic to watch, he's a brilliant pilot and one of NZ's most experienced instructors. He also has a Sioux in Korean War M*A*S*H markings too which is popular at airshows and events. He takes rides in both aircraft too.
