Any plans to raise the second Vindicator? I tried to find out before asking but no joy. Is there for sure a second one?

There is no 'second one'. Another example almost went over the side but was hauled back on deck. Source is the Director of NNMA, from the time I was doing my research on the Naval Recoveries for articles in CW 68-69
