wow, the price to me seems low. I always thought a b-25 would go for more money than that

Warbirds generally have a certain "value". Its purchase price plus needed repairs =what they are worth. Its a pay me now or pay me later thing. So with a low purchase price, you can count on paying to have something fixed.
