One of the Boeing E-4B "Doomsday" planes has been doing touch and go's at Offutt all day. Should I be worried? haha

Enh. They do touch-and-goes at Tulsa International Airport from time to time, and I have yet to notice any abnormal activities around town. That is, of course, unless you include local politics... :)

I've seen them at Dyess, Fairchild...they probably go to all the ACC bases with long runways.

I sort of wondered 'whazzzup?' when Gates' last trip to Russia a week or so ago was made on an E-4 instead of one of the exec 'pimp wagon' aircraft.

Here's one of them at Wright-Patterson AFB (in the background) in 2004. Dunno what I did with my shot of the E-4 itself. I wasn't great anyway because I was asked nicely not to take any closeup pictures of it.
