Limiting this to warbirds. Technically the Cadet is not a warbird but there was a military variant that was used as an air-to-air drone.

Morgan Kaolin's J-3 Cub. Got a few minutes on the stick so I guess it counts. One of the coolest flights ever. I truly appreciate the L birds now.

Went up in Bob Marshal's BT-13 at the Montana State Fly-In at Three Forks.
Great time.

Ya know, I just realized I haven't flown in anything at all since August of '07...but at least that flight was in a B-17!

I was up in B-25 "Pacific Prowler" once this summer, and I was up in C-49J "Southern Cross" twice this past weekend (yeah, I know, summer ended in September so the C-49 flights don't specifically count for this thread).

Well, I got one flight this summer, it wasn't a warbird, but it was very colorful. Sadly, I didn't get a pic from that flight as I was too busy working, so here's a pic and short video from the previous flight from last year -

I had a summer to remember. I got a little right seat stick time in a Paris Jet and a back seat ride in Man O’ War.
