Matthias, if a wrecked Luftwaffe plane from the Second War was, say, recovered from a lake, and then was displayed in Germany at a museum in the same condition it was in when it was brought up, would the swastika have to be covered?

no, thats a museum plane, showing swastika should be no problem

after the test runs, the MeierMotors Team took their fighters and flew to the "Flying Legends" event in Duxford/England. Here you can see Achim Meier with the Corsair F-AZYS in front, followed by the TF-51 D-FTSI with Marc Mathis and Elmar Meier and last but not least Maxi Gainza with the fantastic Spitfire MkVIII D-FEUR.

Thank you for bringing these beautiful planes, they were a pleasure to see fly. Especially the Corsair, it's been many many years since I've seen one fly
