Basement find! 1930 Savoia Marchetti S.56B

The story goes: The Smith Reynolds, of R.J. Reynolds Family, flew this plane to Europe, upon returning, stored it in the basement of the Family mansion, was re-discovered, purchased and restored to flying condition. Ummm......What in YOUR basement?!??? :D

I saw that fly at Blakesburg '84, what a cool airplane. So it's now in North Carolina?
