Good to see a 'period correct' aged pilot getting out of the cockpit instead of the usual 70 to 80 year old crop duster or ex-scareline pilot

My father signed me off to fly the mustang. I had exactly one hour of stick time before the solo.

About 60 Hours, 500 TT, 400 tailwheel.

Wow, you only had 1 hour of Mustang time before you soloed?

That has got to be some kind of record. It sounds like you have a natural knack for flying, if that was the case!
