Steve S, we had a good turnout with plenty of help and beautiful weather. We sold four flights on the Bird Saturday with three full and one partial, the one I rode on. The AT-6 runs like champ and it had a full slate all day and was scheduled for same on Sunday. I don't know how full the 17 sched. was for Sun.
The B-25 is undergoing scheduled maint. and the Stearman is still broken down after puking a cylinder. The missing jug is believed to be somewhere in the swamp west of the airport.
I rode at the waist guns and thoroughly enjoyed the view. We flew east and turned on the homebound leg over the ship channel turning over Bolivar. Or where Bolivar was. There is NOTHING there. Only the hiway to the ferry. Quite a sobering sight.
Otherwise a good time was had by all.

Oh yeah - I saw Gumby fly past in the P-47. He was checking it out for a flight next weekend.

scfan, That was the first flight of the day. I was on the 11:00 ride.

Steve Dickey, Charlie's Beech sounded good when he left.
