I heard a couple of Harriers blast over the house pretty low this morning. I didn't see them, but my brother did.

Lets see, there were three Fokker Triplane replicas, a Pfalz replica, a Fokker DVII replica, a Sopwith Camel replica, a Nieuport 11 replica, all full size.

Then there were the three SE5a reproductions, and an FE2 reproduction.

Oh, and an original Be2, and original Avro 504, and an original Bristol Fighter.

Cheers,

Brett

Better in the air than Omaka, though the weather was a bit dull for photography. They'll do the same again in November for Armistice Day, and expect to have an additional 3 WW1 aircraft types make their first appearence.

Cheers,

Brett

It looks like the "Fat-Boy express" will have to do another run to Masterton in November. :D

Friday, in the space of about three hours, a P-3 out of NAS Whidbey @ about 5000' and heading N, an EFA-18E (ain't that a mouthful) GROWLER also out of Whidbey going East of the mountains to scare the crows around Boardman ID. and John Sessions' "H3LL-R-BUST" out of KPAE going NNE @ about 2500' (and sounding BAD A$$!). Just a few minutes ago Bud Granley and son, Bud in the YAK 55 and Chris in the YAK 52 in their usual 12 inches apart formation going NNE.
