I would never fathom how the US govt would explain if a crash occurred on such a deck if a arresting landing went wrong with public days like this onboard.

The loss of life would be horrific.
This is really wreckless. So many people bunched up so close.

Amazing that they would do that......... I'm sure everyone is pretty darn well out of the way (camera angles make it look different).......

But still, I agree no way to explain it.
