The December 2008 Desktop Calendars are now available from the Warbird Depot website;

This month includes:
1. Kermit Weeks in his N.A. P-51C Mustang "INA The Macon Belle" formates with his N.A. P-51D Mustang "Cripes A'Mighty 3rd", being flown by Eliot Cross at the 2007 Gathering of Mustangs and Legends in Columbus, OH.
2. Jim Thomas flying Tony Banta's Grumman F8F-1 Bearcat at the 2004 Planes of Fame Airshow in Chino, CA. This Bearcat is now owned by Rod Lewis of San Antonio, TX.
3. Clay Lacy flying North America's only flyable Douglas DC-2, with former Boeing test pilot Buzz Nelson in the right seat, over Sacramento, CA enroute to the Museum of Flight in Seattle, WA.
4. Originally designed in 1917 by the Nieuport Macchi company, Jason Petroelje's 7/8 scale replica Macchi M.5 Italian fighter, being flown by Eric Presten, is seen over Little Black Lake in western Michigan.
5. Dennis Sanders in DB Aero's Naval Aircraft Factory N3N-3 during it's first flight after being restored by Sanders Aeronautics overhead Eagles Nest airport at Ione, CA.
6. Supermarine Spitfire LF Mk. IXb MH 434 gets airborne followed by Spitfire Mk. IXe PL344 at the 2008 Flying Legends Airshow at Duxford Airfield, U.K.
7. Stew Dawson taking off in his beautiful Hawker Sea Fury FB.11 "Spirit of Texas" at the 2008 National Championship Air Races in Reno, NV.
8. Rick Rickards landing his Stampe SV.4c at the Tiger Boys Fly-In at Guelph, Ontario, Canada.
9. Bob Odegaard rounding pylon #2 in his P&W R-4360 powered F2G Super Corsair "Race 57" at the 2008 Reno National Championship Air Races in Reno, NV.
10. Major Paul "Max" Moga demonstrates the Lockheed Martin F-22A Raptor at the 2008 Reno National Championship Air Races in Reno, NV.
11. An American Airlines Boeing B-737 landing on runway 24R at Toronto's LBPIA.
12. Alaska Air National Guard's Lockheed C-130H Hercules flypast at the 2008 Reno National Championship Air Races in Reno, NV.
