Here are a few shots of F-16A 81-0721, F-4E 66-0302, and KB-50J 48-0114 on display at MacDill AFB in Tampa Florida. Sorry for the not so great quality, point and shot was what was available.

Hope you enjoy

Is that a refueling rig built into the tail - haven't seen that before?

Thanks for posting the pics. I've driven by them several times, but when you are in the"Airshow Traffic Control" they do not let you deviate from the pattern (and they have BIG guns!) It is the home of CENTCOM after all!

Correct, that is the center line drogue housing.

I say, the F-16 and the F-4 are the lowest planes on sticks I've ever seen.

They're at the height where they're kind of begging for little children to get photographs of themselves on top of the wings, or for service men/women to take photos on during evenings of debauchery.

Nice pictures none-the-less.

Cheers,

David

I was under the impression that the B-50 was going to be moved to a new location. Think I read it on WIX last year. Anyone got info on that?

Nice shots, thanks for sharing them. Love the KB-50.

Is it me or is the national insignia on the F-4 just a little oversize?! :)

Scott,
The B-50 is due to go to the AMC Museum at Dover.

Thanks Andy. I thought I had heard or read something about it moving eventually...

I love B-50's! It is the ultimate design for multi-engine recip driven aircraft! Unfortunately, it's a somewhat rare plane these days. What I wouldn't give to see a B-50 and B-29 flying in formation at an airshow!
