Airnutz,

Fuselage is balsa/birch laminate, the rest aluminium ('Al-you-min-ium' - it is our language :) ) stressed skin.

Engine would be a de Havilland Goblin in the UK but in this case, in Australia, a RR Nene, I am reliably informed. :)

Burner it 'tis...I can say aluminium 3-times fast without a stutter. I erred early in life and traded or sported
various Brit sport cars and learned my mechanics from the manuals etc.

I know my way round a spanner, baulk rings, bonnets 'n boots and the occaisional lolly... :wink:

peter a sorry to correct youy but this a dha vampire and as such is powered by a rolls royce nene (notice the extra intakes on the underside)
