Who: Jenn & Zack Baughman
What: 3rd Annual AirVenture WIX Gathering & Cookout
When: 5pm till the wife kicks everybody out, Thursday July 31st
Where: 1919 W. Waukau Ave, Oshkosh, WI 54902
Please RSVP to zbaughman@eaa.org by Friday July 25th (although we won't turn you away if you just show up)

Details:
My wife Jenn and I will be hosting the 3rd Annual Timeless Voices volunteers/WIX Gathering & Cookout at our place during AirVenture. We'll supply all kinds of food (burgers, brats, potato salad, deserts, etc) and fixins and at least 3 or 4 cases of beer (New Glaris Spotted Cow, Coors Light, others upon request), soda, and water. Anyone who wants to bring extra beer, chips, etc. is more than welcome.

The house is located at 1919 W. Waukau Ave, which is right at the southeast corner of Poberezny Rd and Waukau Ave, right on the edge of the EAA campground and within close walking distance of the Museum. Waukau Ave leads straight down to the FAA control tower (both old and new :D ) I have a great WIX banner from last year that Mark H. (P51Mstg) made for me that I'll put up in the front yard again so the house will be easy to find.

Jenn will have the food going and ready to eat by 5pm, and I'll get back to the house after shutting down the Timeless Voices tent around 6pm.

Anyone and everyone is welcome to come, just let me know ahead of time so we can make sure to prepare enough food. Kids, pets, and in-laws are also welcome.

Thanks much and I look forward to seeing some of you again and meeting some of you for the first time!

Zack

I'll see if I can make it. My wife and I are working "Panchito" with the DAV display, so I'm not sure what our job or schedule will entail or the time constraints placed on us while we're there.
I do know we are involved with the concert on Friday night with the "Lt. Dan Band" in the Theater in the Woods.
