I popped over to Buchanan this afternoon to catch the bombers being prepared for this evening's flights. Unfortunately the B-24 was still at Santa Rosa with an exhaust problem, hopefully it will be fixed in time for it to fly in tomorrow.

Seriously, is that Lemon Pledge? That's sure what it looks like, and it's what I used to use on my clear turntable cover (when I had a turntable  ). Is plexiglass cleaner too expensive?

The Pledge polishes as well as a plexi cleaner, the bugs clean off easier with the Pledge, and the Pledge is cheaper. Its a win win situation.

Thanks. I'd go with anything that makes the bugs clean off easier, and cheaper is icing on the cake. :)

I dunno if this will work on aeroplanes, but an old friend of mine was a truck driver that had to venture into the Florida panhandle frequently, and it was generally during the season of the dreaded...."Luvbug". Before he left home, he would spray the front of his tractor with "Pam" (regular), and the smashed bugs would wipe right off - so he said. Never tried it but he swore it to be true.
