Um,...Bill, don't think I've ever seen a convertible F-15 either. But the Tomcat in the picture looks positively breezy !

Just went on Google Earth and measured it out to about 11 statute miles.

Hey, we're warbird types. Those gray jets all look alike to us... 8)

Seriously, though..what's the backstory on the F-14? Did the back-seater accidentally punch out?

In military jets, it seems like the same thing goes on as in modern cars. Used to be cars had a unique character, planes also. Now they all look alike especially with those dull gray paint jobs.

P: Noise coming from under instrument panel. Sounds like a midget pounding on something with a hammer.

S: Took hammer away from midget.

Now can this feature be added to cars and be used with IN-LAWS?

First about the F-14, Man VF-213 had a black cloud over it :!:

Second, I've very glad that everything turned out ok for Bob Baranaskas. I hope the engine change and everything goes well and the P-40 is back in the air soon. I know I look forward to seeing them at Geneseo this year.
