Depends on the fire detection system condition- one well kinked fireloop, or damaged thermocouple may cause such an indication. Also a thermocoule in the wrong place... Rather have them land safe for a false indication than ignore a real one thinking it false and finding they were wrong mid flight!

It was a false warning on an indicator for the APU.
Just a standard drill landing which means alert warning for the ground fire crews.
