Aircraft with folding wings

This is a little bit off topic- image of the early Yugoslav jet airplane "Zolja" [Hornet] with foldings wings.

Like most of us, I'd heard the stories about the F-8 and the Spad, but both of these were cases where the planes accidentally took off with the wings folded. I've never heard of an incident in which a naval aircraft's wing folded in flight (not saying it didn't happen, just that I've never heard of it.)

Late 56, early 57 at Quonset Point there was a S2-f that took off and was out over the bay when both wings folded. It went in and all hand perished.
Somwhere in storage I have a newspaper pic of it hanging on the salvage crane.
