The Best Years of our Lives makes me mad every time I see those proud warriors smashed up and turned into pots and pans.....

What we now know that we didnt know then

Some day their will be a group maybe not in most of our lifetimes that they too will be looking back and saying Why did they melt down the F-4's F-14's F-16 the 105 thunder chiefs C131 C130 A-10' Tornado's B -52 C's D,s just to name a few .
As we look back that how the most mighty Airforce that man has ever known was melted away for Razor blades and and Unbrella frames.
Have we not learnd from History ? Very nice tribute to the B-17 that deserved so much more than what it and so many of her sisters got.

I am so glad that they got the engine sounds right- a whole lot better than the Cessna soundtrack they used on teh "The War"

Wow!

That is cool. Auto start, great over dubbing of the sound track. Very cool!
Now, back to work on that time machine....

I'm not sure that was auto start. I think that was shutdown played backwards.

You're probably correct as I have not heard of starters on even these size engines. Clever video though.
