According to the museum's news letter they are reorganizing their storage situation. My guess is that they were only outside while they reorganize everything.

Looks like the wings will be the final project. That's going to be a lot of work. Wonder what the spars look like?

I hear ya :wink: There is one black panel on it now. Just behind the tail of the N3N (blocked from view) is a small access panel still wearing its original black. 8)

Edit: You can see it in the April 29/06 update on the starboard nacelle.

Have they ever given an indication how they are going to paint it?

Original markings (which are what?) or another plane?
