I wonder whether anyone can help me? I am looking for pictures of the 8th Airforce T6 squadron hacks that were based in the UK during the war.

Many Thanks

Usually the T-6's wore the Group's colors like the figthers did. not sure about a bomb squadron T-6 though.

Chris in one of Jeff Ethells 'War Eagle's books there is a nice colour pic of the T-6 hack at Raydon - have it at home somewhere - all over silver with the 45 deg checks on the tail IIRC....

PM me if you want a copy...

Hi,

A few years ago I made a some drawings of this T-6 mentioned by Ben Brown (AKA TexanTomcat); as a pattern for a T-6 project here in the Netherlands. So in case you are interested "Yak11fan", let me know.

Regards,

Benno

Hi Benno,

I would love to see the drawings if that were possible, it would be great to see a T6 in those markings
