Very rare image of the airplane but in lower horizontal tail configuration:

Just to note that I have download this image somewhere from internet long time ago. If anybody recognize this image please let me know to place proper photo credit or to remove image from public display. personally I am interest in hi resolution version of this image.

P.S. I beleive that this imnage is public domain but where is it... ? National Archives, US Navy...

Some cockpit views would be much appreciated. Does the museum have the manufacturers Flight Manual for it?

I have visited several times over the past few years, first with a film camera and this year with a digital. I have posted my collection (138 images) to Photobucket at http://s204.photobucket.com/albums/bb25 ... nel/XF15C/

I have not been fortunate enough to see the cockpit, but I have gotten to see the plane "up close and personal".

Yes, I've observed a marked deterioration since I first saw it in 2001.
