The 2008 show theme will be the P-47 "Thunderbolt".

SWEET! Any chance of Cavanaugh's bird being finished in time?

Cavanaugh doesn't have a P-47, are you thinking of the CAFs? Doug, what's the status of the bird?

The last time I talked to Doug, he was thinking a year or so still.

If all works out, it looks like we might have two P-39s. (CAF and Fighter Factory)

I was just thinking the other day about TOM 2008 and wondering when we would be notified about the "theme" aircraft. Thanks Mike and I am sure the entire lineup, P-47s and others will be fantastic. 259 more days till arivals day.

Trae,

It looks like the first battle of the day will have a me-108 or storch, and the me-109.

The second battle will have all the P-47s come in first, followed by two C-47s with a stick each of paratroopers jumping into the battle.

I know it's probably a little early to ask, but will there be a Razorback P-47? I've wanted to see one for years, but have never had the chance.

Seeing as the only flyer on the planet is the PoF example from Chino, I'd say 'unlikely'.

We are talking to Steve about it, but I'm not sure yet if we would be willing to spend the money that would be needed for that one aircraft to attend.
