Corsair and SPAD @ NAS Millington in the late 1960s???

I was talking to the plane captian of my Dad's OV-10 over the weekend and he related the following:
He went to NAS Millington for school in about 1967 and remembers a Corsair and Spad chained down to the ramp they used for recip training.
I've checked WD4 and it does not appear either of these birds survived. Anyone have more information?

There was actually more than one Corsair. Two were recovered by Bob Hood and the third by Earl Ware. They had all been reduced to little more than fuselage center sections (cockpit & center wing) by the time they were salvaged. All have since been pieced together with other project planes.
Not sure about the Skyraider though.

Pretty sure Lazarov Brothers (a scumbag scrap dealer that is no longer in business) got the Spad and melted it down. I've personally seen those b*stards playing "engine soccer" with 3350-26WDs (Skyraider engines) that they got from Millington. They'd just roll 'em around on the ground with their bulldozers and then smash 'em between two of the dozers to see how badly they could tear things up. They'd typically start that crap when they saw us coming up to try to purchase the engines from them. 
And people wonder why I hate scrap dealers so much.

I recall several C-47, C-46 and a B-23 Dragon at Miami Airport in the late 70's that were being casualy destroyed and I still can't understand it.
