Hi,

I'm looking for the right contact email of the Galveston Lone Star Flight Museum. Want to ask them about their t-shirts. Still no reply from their website (flight@lonestarflight.org)....
Thanks in advance,

Paul

I know that in the last year or so they have been hit hard a number of times by email spammers and spoofers so it may take some time to get through the system. Unfortunatly this kind of security is becoming necessary in the electronic age.

Even though I am now in Maryland I still know a few folks there and could possibly pass on your question if you could relay it to me. There are also a few other folks on this board that are volunteers down there as well and they may be able to help you what also.

What exactly is your question?

Steve,

Thanks ! I wanted to ask the shipping prices for 2 t-shirts to the Netherlands. Also I couldn't find any size option on their site for the blue LSFM t-shirt...

Take care,

Paul

Anybody know about possible progress on the Hurricane restoraton? I phoned the museum this morning, but couldn't get through to anyone who had an answer.

It just needs paint, but it arrived at the paint-shop about 13 months ago! I have tried to find out how they were getting on but cannot find an answer anywhere. Even e-mailed the company that cuts the stencils for the shop but no reply from them either.

It's gotta be close if not done. It is listed as being an attendee at Airveture in Oshkosh, WI.

Bear, it is too bad, but I doubt it will be there, you never know, they don't seem to be updating their website. If they are short of a pilot I think i know where they can find one!

Just on the chance that I might get to fly the Hurri or something similar; I have recently increased my own airfoil and am definitely moving away from the thin wing F-104 stlye. When I can no longer make a 3 point landing it will be emergency time.

Don't look for anything much more than LSFM's B-25 as an OSH participant this year.
