This is the place where the majority of the warbird (aircraft that have survived military service) discussions will take place. Specialized forums may be added in the new future

Going to Chicago for the weekend; my wife is going to a cosmetology show (hairshow

) there and I'm tagging along. I think I can get her to go to the Science and Industry Museum with me one of the days, but I need something to do while she's at the convention (probably Saturday). Any ideas? Think airplanes. I'm willing to drive a couple hours out of town if necessary.
Thanks!!

I now have a new feature available to the Locator. Here is a list of site the Locator has within about 100 miles of Chicago...

Of course if anyone knows of any others that are not listed, please let me know so I can add them to the Locator.

The Indiana Aviation Museum is closed for the season. However, try giving them a call as they do allow visits by appointment during non-normal operating hours.
