Somebody(I think Warhawk?!) mentioned the movie Sahara, recently. I went to see it last night and was wondering if the airplane hulk that Dirk Pitt and Al Giordano turned into a wind surfer was a Fairchild(24?)? It looked pretty real, BUT, movie magic......................

If I made mention of the movie Sahara I was probably refering to the 1943 film starring Humphry Bogart. I have not seen this new film as of yet. (probably won't bother either)

Your close, it's Lulubelle. It was an M3 Grant tank, instantly recognizable due to it's main gun being mounted in a sponson on the right side.
