Good morning,

Many of you know me from school, work, or just personally through my Warbird Websites.

Many of you know that in the last year, I have been going through what most call the worst divorce in history, that involve my two wonderful and bright children Blake and Britney.

My soon to be ex-wife decided one day to take the children from me and not let me know where her or they were for well over 4 months, which not only devastated me, but my children’s mental health as well. Comes to find out she was having an affair behind my back for well over 2 years of our marriage.

I have recently been battling in court to obtain custody of my two children, Blake and Britney. I feel that due to the abuse both mentally and physically from my soon to be ex-wife that it has gone far beyond normal and that the best interest for my children growing up in a loving and caring home, would be to live with me.

However, I have one more hurdle to jump and that is the final custody evaluation that the state no longer pays for and comes directly from the requestor’s pocket. This evaluation is well over $3,700.00 which is billed and required up front from myself, the petitioner in my custody battle for my children, Blake and Britney.

I have never asked of anything from anyone in my life except from my parents whom have already borrowed me enough money that they cannot afford to provide anymore.

Due to the lack of funds, I am reaching out to the community to ask for a couple of dollars from each of you to donate to my case.

I will be building a website to post information and pictures of me and my children in which you are helping. Even if it is a dollar, anything helps.

I am a Desert Storm and Disabled Veteran with limited income and I have the ability to make the best life that I can for my children out of this bad situation.

With a couple of dollars, I can build my case up and get my children with a loving and caring father that provides for them and will ensure that they grow up to be productive and wonderful people of the world.

Like I said, I normally would never ask for a dime from someone, but right now, I need your help in getting my children home with me where they belong, and to do that, I need money to pay for the case and for the evaluation.

My case is being set for Pre-Trial on July 31st, 2008, in Wright County here in Minnesota.

I hope to have something prepared for the case in order for the children to get back with me again.
